From security patches and browser compatibility updates to framework and integration enhancements, staying on a maintained version ensures your app remains secure, stable, and dependable over time.

Flexible maintenance coverage

Choose the level of maintenance that fits your long-term plans, whether you need up to 5 years of maintenance for long-term stability or exceptional extended legacy coverage for up to 15 years.

Every major release comes with 6 months of free maintenance after the next major version is released.

For small apps or teams that update regularly and don’t need long-term support.

The subscription includes 5 years of maintenance coverage from the release date of each major version.

For teams seeking long-term stability without frequent upgrades.

Extended Maintenance:

Optional add-on for Premium and Ultimate subscriptions. Provides up to 15 years of maintenance for applications that need exceptional lifecycle support.

Support is available for all commercial plans and can also be purchased for the free Vaadin Core.

Availability:
Monday to Friday, between 7:00 and 20:00 GMT.
(GMT+1 Summer Time applies between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October.)

Exceptions:
January 1, January 6, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1, Ascension Day, Midsummer Eve, December 6, and December 24–26.

Hands-on with Support Hours

Vaadin Experts and Designers are available for hands-on help through the support portal at support.vaadin.com. Support hours are billed separately and can be used for a wide range of technical and design tasks.
