Prime

Prime includes everything in Pro and:

1. Expert Chat
2. Warranty
3. Multiplatform runtime
   • Requires Extended maintenance service for Vaadin 7 and Vaadin 8 applications.
4. Design system publisher
5. OSGi support
6. Expert on Demand: 
   • 5 hours of Expert on Demand (EoD) balance at the beginning of each subscription period. 
   • The unused EoD balance will be lost at the end of the subscription period. 
   • Additional time can be purchased mid-term and is added to the balance. 
   • EoD requests are guaranteed to commence within 2 business days of submission, failing which you will be compensated with 1 free EOD hour. 
7. Collaboration Engine: Up to 150 users per month.. 
8. Extended Maintenance for V7 & V8 as an add on: if included in the subscription Covers security and browser-compatibility fixes for Vaadin Framework version 7 & 8 and related software (as described in Vaadin Commercial Terms and Conditions section 3.10).

Enterprise

Enterprise includes everything in Prime and:

1. Expert on Demand:

   • 10 days ( 8 hours / day) of Expert on Demand (EoD) balance at the beginning of each subscription period.

   • Unused EoD balance will roll over to the following subscription period.

   • Additional time can be purchased mid-term and is added to the balance.

   • EoD requests are guaranteed to commence within 2 business days of submission, failing which you will be compensated with 1 free EOD hour.

2. The following services can optionally be included in the subscription:

   1. Commercial tools: Unlimited developer seats for Vaadin’s commercial tools.

   2. Escrow:  Third-party escrow service on Vaadin products for continuity purposes. In practice this means that your source code is stored in an escrow service and then made available to your company by Vaadin.

   3. Indemnification: Vaadin indemnifies you against unforeseen 3rd-party IPR claims relating to Vaadin products.

   4. Vaadin mentor: Vaadin expert mentors your team and is  your main contact person for all Vaadin-related issues. Your mentor is chosen based on your needs and required skill set. However, Vaadin has a right to change the mentor to another expert at any time during the contract. Mentor allocation is defined as person days (8h) per work week. The amount of work weeks per year is 47 to account for annual vacations. In case of long leaves, Vaadin will find a substitute with corresponding skill level as the original mentor.
