Free maintenance for Vaadin 23 ended on July 11, 2024.

This affects all Core (free) users and Pro customers still running Vaadin 23.

Your applications will continue to run, but without maintenance there are no:

  • Bug fixes: Corrections to framework issues that impact stability or functionality

  • Compatibility updates: Regular updates to maintain seamless functionality across all major browsers, ensuring a consistent user experience

To keep your apps secure, stable, and compliant, you now have two options:

  1. Upgrade to the latest Vaadin release to get new features, performance improvements, and developer tools—on a version that’s actively maintained and ready for the future. Our upgrade guide provides step-by-step instructions for moving from Vaadin 23 to the latest release.
